2. What we sell
We sell shelf-stable packaged snacks, sweets, savoury bites and no-alcohol treats, curated into boxes bought once or through a monthly membership. All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD).
3. No tobacco and no alcohol
Moreish does not sell, ship, supply or broker any tobacco, cigarette, cigar, heated-tobacco, vape, e-cigarette, nicotine pouch or alcohol product. Our entire range is free of tobacco, nicotine and alcohol. This is a core condition of using our service.
4. Ordering and membership
- A one-off box is a single physical purchase. A membership renews automatically each cycle until cancelled.
- Membership boxes can be swapped within the same tier or skipped before the cycle closes; a skipped cycle is not charged.
- Undelivered membership boxes do not accumulate, roll over, or convert to credit or cash. Membership is a periodic physical fulfilment, not a stored balance.
- We may substitute individual snacks of equal or greater value where a specific item is unavailable.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order. Payment is processed by Stripe. By ordering you authorise the charge and, for memberships, recurring charges until you cancel. Statement descriptor: MOREISH SNACKS.
6. Allergens and food safety
Allergen information on each box page is for guidance and rotates with each selection; the physical packaging is always the definitive source. If you have a severe allergy, do not order a box that lists that allergen. Nothing on Moreish is medical, nutritional or weight-management advice. See our Acceptable Use policy.
7. Refunds and returns
Returns, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns policy.
8. Age restriction
Moreish is not intended for children under 13. If you are aged 13–17 you may only order and pay with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
9. Acceptable use and accounts
You agree to provide accurate details, keep your account secure, and use the store lawfully. See our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Liability
We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
