1. Unopened boxes
You may return an unopened, unused box within 14 days of delivery. You cover the return postage. Once we receive it in resalable condition, we refund the box price to your original payment method.
2. Opened food cannot be returned
For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened boxes or opened snack items, and cannot refund them, except where the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your box arrives damaged, or an item is incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kylereta.shop with a photo. We will replace the affected items or refund them in full — your choice — at no cost to you.
4. Memberships
- You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. You keep access to the current cycle until it ends.
- A cycle already dispatched is not refundable unless the box is faulty, damaged or wrong.
- Skip a cycle before it closes to avoid being charged for it. Undelivered boxes are not credited or carried over.
5. How to start a return
Email support@kylereta.shop with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Refunds and any disputes are handled through our payment processor, Stripe, in line with its refund and dispute processes.
