1. Where we ship
We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden. If your country is not listed, contact support@kylereta.shop and we will advise.
2. Dispatch and delivery times
- One-off boxes are dispatched within 2 business days of your order.
- Membership boxes are dispatched at the start of each billing cycle.
- Typical delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
3. Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat USD fee shown at checkout (from $12). Insider members receive free shipping. All shipping charges are in US dollars.
4. Tracking
We email tracking details at dispatch where the carrier supports it. Carriers we use include national postal services and courier partners.
5. Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
6. Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further shipping fee may apply.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
If your box is damaged in transit or does not arrive, see our Refund & Returns policy — we replace or refund affected items on proof by photo.
