1. No tobacco and no alcohol
Moreish is a packaged-snack store. We do not sell, ship, supply or broker tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, heated tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches or alcohol, and we will not accept requests to include them. Our range is entirely free of tobacco, nicotine and alcohol.
2. Food safety and allergens
Allergen labels on box pages are guidance only; the physical packaging is the definitive source. If you have a severe allergy, do not order a box that lists that allergen. Moreish content is not medical, nutritional or weight-management advice.
3. Accurate information
Provide accurate delivery and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
4. Lawful use
- Do not use the store for fraud, resale in breach of these terms, or any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the store or its systems.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes others' rights (for example gift-card messages).
5. Age
Moreish is not for children under 13. Customers aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent to order and pay.
6. Enforcement
