When will my box arrive?
One-off boxes are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive in 3–8 business days depending on destination. Membership boxes ship at the start of each cycle. Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Can I swap or skip a membership box?
Yes. Log in and swap your box within the same tier, or skip a month before the cycle closes. A skipped month is not charged and boxes do not roll over.
How do allergens work?
Every box page lists its allergens for guidance; the physical packaging is always the final source. If you have a severe allergy, do not buy a box that lists that allergen. This is not medical advice.
What is your refund policy?
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery (you cover return postage). Opened food cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Damaged, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded on proof by photo. See our Refund & Returns policy.
Do you sell tobacco or alcohol?
No. Moreish sells packaged snacks only. We never sell, ship or broker tobacco, vape, nicotine or alcohol products.
